
王女士近日在某汽车4S店购买一辆小轿车,由于她本人工作繁忙,于是支付了一笔代办费用,让店内销售人员为其包办新车牌证及新车保险等。没想到,晚上车子送过来时车身前后有明显的损坏,但负责送车过来的业务员李某解释说是送车途中的道路不平,车身遭小石子击碰造成的,并保证4S店会将车修复如新。两日后,王女士拿到修复的车,发现油漆光洁度差、表面粗糙、还有气泡。生气的王女士到4S店查询,发现该车根本没有在购车以后在4S店的维修记录。然而在保险公司却查到了一份两日前该车事故报案档案,其中竟有送车前一日时该车的事故现场勘查照片。
Ms Wang had just bought a new car in a 4S shop, as she is always busy with her work, she paid an agent so that the saleman in the store would help her with the certificates of the new cars and the vehicle insurance of the car instead of herself. Unexpectedly she found both the front and the back parts oh the car was obviously damaged when it was sent to her that night. But Li, the salesman who was in charge of the sending, gave such an explaination that the car was damaged by screes on the rough road and promised that the store will have it repaired as new as it was reborn. Two days pasted and Ms Wang got her car, but she found the car now with a bad glossiness finish, rough surface and bubbles as well.
Ms Wang was so angry that she went to the store again and inquire about this, but she found that there was no repair record of her car after it was sold. However, she found an accident report record of her car just two days ago in the insurance agent, even included some photos from the scene of the accident which were taken one day right before the car was sent back.
